Mary Sherry leads on bullying issues, she has 10 years practical experience of assisting management in handling bullying issues.

She has written for national newspapers on this subject, and has featured on 'Woman's Hour' and 'You and Yours' both on Radio 4. Mary has also been on numerous local radio programmes.

Mary is a media contact for the British Psychological Society on the issue of bullying in the workplace.

Ian Dexter leads on management issues.

Ian has held various senior international management posts in both Sales and Marketing and in General Management. He has run businesses in Africa, the Americas as well as in Europe.
